Further to our previous newsfeed
on this, the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (the “Registrar”) announced, on 17
January 2024, the extension of the deadline for submission of data to the Register
of Beneficial Owners of Corporate and Other Legal Entities (UBO Register) to 31
March 2024. Penalties will be imposed on non-compliant companies and other
legal entities after the above mentioned deadline.
