In comparison with the three previous years, ironic as it may appear, COVID could easily be placed at the very bottom of the list with our concerns and worries, considering what is happening around the world.
As if the war in Ukraine, which has been going on for more than a year now, is not enough, tension has been building up in many other areas around the world, including the long-suffering Middle East.
Inflation, which seems unbeatable despite the never-ending increases in interest rates, the resulting surge in cost of living and the public protests in France, UK and elsewhere, which often lead to violence, injuries and damages, are unfortunately part of our daily life.
It is, however, in times like this that we all need to pause on some occasions from our routine concerns and habits, for relaxation, reflection and spending time with our loved ones.
