Further to our previous newsfeed on this matter, on 20 October 2020 it was announced in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus, that the deadline for submission of the 2019 personal income tax return is further extended to 30 November 2020.
The extension applies both to employees and pensioners whose income exceeds €19.500, as well as to self-employed individuals whose turnover does not exceed the threshold of €70.000 and thus they do not have to prepare audited financial statements. The extension applies also to the payment of the relevant tax due as per the tax return.
