As reported before, on 8 September 2020 the Republic of Cyprus and the Russian Federation signed a protocol in order to amend their Double Tax Treaty. The ratification procedure has been completed and the protocol came in to effect on 15 January 2021 and it is applicable as from 1 January 2021.
