As we have reported before, a decision was taken to abolish the Annual Levy of €350 payable to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (the “Registrar”).
The Registrar announced on 21 March 2024 that the abolition will be with effect from 2024, therefore all levies up to and including 2023 are still due.
For those companies for which the levy for 2024 has already been paid, this will be fully refunded.
