The Limited Liability Shipping Company Law was approved by the Cyprus Parliament on 6 October 2022, enabling the formation of a Limited Liability Shipping Company.
Through a Circular issued by the Shipping Deputy Ministry on 3 September 2021, the relevant procedure and practical arrangements for qualifying with those incentives has been determined.
The Cyprus Shipping Deputy Ministry announced incentives for encouraging emission-reduction and protection of the environment by vessels.
